Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive exploration of strain gauge sensor technology within the realm of industrial instrumentation. Strain gauges play a critical role in accurately measuring material deformation across a wide range of industrial applications. The study delves into the various types of strain gauges, their operational principles, technical specifications, and application scenarios. It also covers sensor interfacing techniques, microcontroller programming, circuit analysis, and proposes potential innovations for next-generation sensors. Through detailed analysis, simulations, and implementation strategies, this work aims to equip engineers and researchers with a deep understanding of strain gauge systems and their significance in industrial environments. Additionally, it provides a foundation for optimizing sensor performance and encourages future developments in sensor technology.
