Raindrop vibration is commonly harvested using piezoelectric method; hence a specific piezoelectric structure is required to properly convert vibration to electric output. Usually, a cantilever beam structure piezoelectric is used as converter element. For maximum power output, the piezoelectric cantilever beam must generate frequency vibration near at its resonant frequency. However, the cantilever beam structure has several types of shape that can generate different output at their resonant frequency. Further investigation on several geometries of piezoelectric energy harvesters is simulated using COMSOL software in order to select suitable design with maximum power generating performance. This paper present four different geometries of piezoelectric energy harvester which are basic shape, T shape, trapezoidal shape and exponential shape. The output voltage and current were investigated to obtain the optimum output based on the result of the simulation. In general, there are three types of food and beverages contaminant, which are biological, chemical, and physical hazards. The physical hazard is the most common occurred in the F&amp;B manufacturing industries. The current application of solid contamination detector such as X-Ray machine and metal detector involves hazardous radiation. Therefore, tomography approach is proposed due to its ability to detect contamination with less or little hazardous radiation. This research focuses on non-invasive and non-intrusive tomography techniques to detect foreign objects without affecting the ingredient and the original form of food. Moreover, a simulation will be performed to detect the existence of foreign objects in small milk carton using ultrasonic tomography approach via COMSOL Multiphysics software. This paper discusses the conceptual modelling design of ultrasonic tomography approach and the analysis of its voltage output. 1 mm size of foreign object is deliberately put inside the milk packaging. Tomographic imaging techniques have been selected as meeting the requirement to be harmless, non-invasive, non-destructive, and capable of visualizing the object inside the monitoring area. A comparison among the frequencies is done for the different algorithms and it is found that the Gaussian algorithm has the highest value overall for both the circle and square system model. Previous methods like sonic, magnetic inductive, and microwave tomography have been used, but it's unclear if voltage variations in resin regions are significant. The ECT system was developed using COMSOL Multiphysics software, modeling 8 electrodes in a 2-dimensional setup. The electrical potential distribution and performance analysis of the ECT model were evaluated for different agarwood locations, shapes, and sizes. The forward problem was solved using COMSOL, and tomogram images were obtained using a linear back-projection algorithm in MATLAB. The images closely matched the reference image based on the mean structural similarity index (MSSIM) values.
